Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of B2B IT consultancy, software licensing, and managed services, our cancellation and refund policies are structured to reflect the upfront resource allocation required for enterprise engagements.

Managed IT Services & Retainers

Monthly managed services agreements require a minimum 30-day written notice for cancellation, unless otherwise specified in the client's MSA. Services will be billed prorated up to the final day of the notice period. No refunds are provided for partial months previously billed and rendered.

Project-Based Consulting

For project-based work governed by a Statement of Work (SOW):

  • Deposits are non-refundable once project kickoff has occurred.
  • If a project is cancelled mid-flight, the client is responsible for payment of all hours worked and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation notice.
  • Deliverables completed up to the cancellation date will be handed over to the client upon final payment.

Software & Hardware Procurement

Hardware purchases and annual software licenses procured on behalf of the client are non-refundable once the order has been processed with the distributor or vendor. Hardware returns due to defect are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty.
